Design
UI/UX and web design. You can turn a sitemap into layouts that stay clear on a phone, and you will not start with a moodboard.

We hire people who can sit design, search, and care in the same plan. If you want a named page with a job — not a theme to dress — send your work.
The Studio You Would Join
BigBrother is a small Malaysia studio. A founder, designers, and developers still share one decision. That only works if the next person can own a page, not just a tool.
We look for people who will map search intent, write or build for a mid-range phone, and stay on the site after launch. We do not hire to install themes or to bolt SEO on later.
Open roles change. The way we hire does not. Send a short note and the work. If there is a fit this year, we reply with the work you would join.
These are the crafts we hire. A listing appears when a project needs another pair of hands — not a standing career page of empty jobs.
UI/UX and web design. You can turn a sitemap into layouts that stay clear on a phone, and you will not start with a moodboard.
Web and app development. You ship HTML and systems that stay fast, with schema and forms treated as part of the build.
Web consulting. You help an owner choose the pages and scope that fit the year, and you can say no to the wrong work.
Four steps. Short on slides. You always know whether there is a role for you.
A URL, the role you want, and five to eight lines on a site you are proud of. No slogan. No ten-page CV first.
If the work fits, we give a small task on a real kind of project: structure, copy, or build. We pay for take-home work that is not trivial.
You meet the people you would share a plan with. We talk about how you decide, not only what tools you open.
If we hire, you join work with a job, a date, and a page list. You are not hired to sit on a bench.
Careers is how you join. These pages show the people, the work, and the process you would work inside.
The people who plan, write, design, and look after the site.
Discover, design, build, and grow — with dates, not hope.
What Malaysian businesses get when they hire the studio.
Introduce a client. We run the work. You earn an agreed fee.
Short answers on whether we are hiring, what to send, and how a small Malaysia studio takes people on.
Name the role, link one or two URLs, and write five to eight lines on a decision you made. We reply if there is a role that fits this year.
